Annual RIA Risk Survey

The Golsan Scruggs annual RIA Risk Survey is conducted during the fourth quarter of each year by electronic survey directed to approximately 8,000 independent Registered Investment Advisors throughout the United States.

The purpose is to determine what areas of risk are collectively perceived as concerning, significant and central to a U.S. based Registered Investment Advisory operation.

The propietary report includes details relating to definition of risk, management of risk and legal substantiation of each area of risk.
